According to the schedule published on 4/11/17, the Feast of Eternal Bliss (Joraku-e) at our San Francisco Marina Temple was scheduled on 5/11/17 at 11am.

However, this should be corrected to 5/11/17 at 7pm instead.

Shinnyo-en Foundation (SEF) sponsors a distinguished Buddhist scholar at Stanford University each year.  These scholoars share their expert knowledge in a free, public lecture on Stanford campus during their tenures.

This year, this public lecture will be held on Thursday, 3/16 from 6pm.

As you might have seen in the weather forecast, we are expected to have significant amounts of rain tomorrow.  Although we will plan to have the 11am Prayer Gathering as scheduled, we ask that you consider safety measures first upon deciding whether to come to  temple or not. If there is a power outage, Prayer Gathering will be cancelled.
