We would like to introduce a new format for Kojo Sesshin by designating one day a month for certain categories of people to receive Kojo sesshin by reservation. Eligible members are:
- 70 years or older
- First ten sesshins (must be accompanied by guiding parent or lineage parent for the first three times)
- Parents with children (doesn't have to bring his/her children on the day to receive sesshin)
- Handicapped members (including those that accompany them)
- A2 members (A3 can already make reservation any time)
- Missed sesshin more than one month
- Missed sesshin more than six months; must receive Kojo Sodan first at service-scheduled sesshin; can receive 10 times afterwards.
Notes:
- Only Kojo sesshin is available in this format.
- Those that accompany the above members may also receive Kojo sesshin.
- Reservations can be made by calling the USA Head Temple (650-366-9966).
- Reservations can be made from 10am to 7pm on the hour (the last reservation of the day can be made for 7pm slot).
- The sesshin video will also be available for viewing if requested.
- Before receiving sesshin, the Middle Chanting will be recited.

４月から毎月一回、以下のリストにあてはまる方を対象として、予約向上接心の日を設けさせていただく事になりましたのでお知らせいたします。
対象者は以下の通りです。
- 年長者（７０歳以上の方）
- 初信者の１～１０回目まで（ただし１～３回目までは、導親または経親による同伴が必要となります）
- 子連れの方（当日、お子さんを同伴されない場合にも接心にはお取り組みいただけます）
- 身障者（同伴者も含む）
- A２遠隔地の方（A３遠隔地の方に関しては、すでにご希望の日に接心のご予約を承っております）
- １ヶ月以上接心をいただけなかった方
- ６ヶ月以上接心をいただけなかった方で、再び向上接心をいただくために、接心が６ヶ月以上あいたことについての向上相談接心を一回いただかれた方（向上接心復帰後１～１０回目まで）
注）
- 予約向上接心でいただける接心は、向上接心のみとなります。
- 上記の対象者に同伴される方も、当日向上接心をいただくことができます。
- ご予約は ＵＳＡ本部精舎（６５０－３６６－９９６６）までお電話下さい。
- ご予約は、午前１０時～午後７時までの一時間ごとに承ります。（最後の予約時間枠は７時～となります。）
- 当日「接心の心構え」のビデオを拝聴 していただくこともできます。
- 当日は、受付終了後、精進読経の後に向上接心がいただけます。
- ４月の予約向上接心の日程は、４月４日（水） とさせていただきます。
